Just after departing Brownhills West, GWR 701 is seen jsut after reaching linespeed.

D2911 sports her North British badge as she passes some old trackwork.

Norton Lakeside really is lakeside as can be seen in this example with 701 taking the freight back to Brownhills.

Just before the long walk back to Brownhills, 'Linda' takes another train away from Chasewater Heath.

Different location, different Ped. This time the single track Burton - Leicster line with 31454 & 31465 in charge heading for Leicester.

After a long and arduous journey, like most journes through the East Midlands, 31465 finally emerges near Barrow-on-Soar heading back north.

Spot the ped. 31454 looks lost next to the towers or Ratcliffe.

At a crosing south of Burton later in the day, Tug44 heads north with the tanks.

And anotehr ped test train, heading south with the ped powering away from the loop at Burton.

66617 passes Central Rivers near Catholme with the tanks.

66107 heads the Wolves - Immingham steel past Wychnor Jn. where the line from Lichfield joins from the right, and the War Memorial in the background.
